“This is your life’s work.”
About Anne
Hello, I’m Anne — a healer, teacher, and lifelong student of energy and the human spirit. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection. As a queer and neurodivergent practitioner, I’m committed to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where all are seen and supported. Reiki has transformed my life — and it’s my greatest joy to help others discover that same light within themselves.
My Reiki journey began in 2003, during a difficult time in my life. I was struggling with postpartum depression — feeling drained and disconnected from the world. My sister offered me a Reiki session, and though I was skeptical at first, something extraordinary happened. I could feel the energy moving through me, and afterward, it was as if the fog had lifted. The world felt brighter — alive again.
That experience opened the door to a decade of learning and self-healing. I learned to listen without judgment, to hold space for others, and to offer help from a grounded place of strength.
After completing Reiki I & II, I began practicing on friends and family, amazed by the transformations I witnessed. My curiosity led me to explore other healing modalities, and eventually, I became a Reiki Master — a perfect blend of my love for teaching and my passion for healing.
Before my Master training, my teacher looked at me and said, “You are a healer.” Those words stayed with me and confirmed what my heart already knew — this is my life’s work.
In 2023, I completed the Karuna™ Reiki Master training on Mount Kurama in Japan — the birthplace of Reiki. It was a truly life-changing experience that deepened my connection to this sacred practice.
Today, I offer Reiki sessions, readings, and classes, and I also serve as a mentor for others on their healing paths. My life is fuller and more aligned than I ever imagined, and I’m endlessly grateful to share this journey with you.
Whether you’re seeking personal healing or ready to deepen your own practice, I would be honored to walk beside you. Learn more about sessions, classes, and mentorship opportunities.
